Bollywood actor Salman Khan gave a shocking near-death experience revealing the tantrums of a plane flight. The man even admitted that his brother Sohail Khan had slept through it all. It was on rest after the International Indian Film Academy Awards being hosted in Sri Lanka that he shared on his debut episode of his nephew Arhaan Khan’s YouTube channel, Dumb Biryani. Athan.
The Trembling Incident
Salman was on a flight with actress Sonakshi Sinha (who brought along her mother, Poonam Sinha) and his brother, Sohail Khan. Khan described the Flight as enjoyable until it hit him with severe turbulence. This began in the middle of the Flight and continued for more than 45 minutes. - Passenger Panic: Just as things seemed to settle, the turbulence changed again, with even more brute force, leaving the cabin speechlessly quiet. Post-landing, Salman joked about how the passengers transformed into ‘supermodels’ and strutted out like there was nothing to be concerned about.
Salman Khan’s Emotional Response
The actor expressed his true sentiments and cited how he was most scared when the crew started panicking, too. “The moment I spotted one of the air hostesses, it was quite disgusting to see she was mumbling with her eyes shut. It had me thinking, oh boy, that’s the moment to worry,” he shared. Over the streaming panic, one thing that highly surprised Salman was the demeanour of passengers post-land, even in comparison to the rest of the Flight.
Context and Aftermath
The Flight was returning from the IIFA Awards hosted in Sri Lanka, and Salman was a part of it. This is an experience Sonakshi Sinha and her mother, who sat on the same Flight, went through. Even though the horror was not physically damaging, it seemed to trouble Salman, who called it an altogether’ life flashing in front of my eyes moment.’
