Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour with Gaonwalo.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed advance payment. Rates are quoted per your custom itinerary and are subject to availability.
Payments
An advance is required to confirm your trip, with the balance payable before or at the start of the tour, as specified in your quote.
Permits and documents
Certain areas of Sikkim require permits. You must provide valid ID and photographs in advance. Entry is subject to government rules and may change without notice.
Changes and delays
Itineraries may change due to weather, landslides, roadblocks, permit issues or other circumstances beyond our control. Any additional costs in such cases are borne by the traveller.
Liability
Gaonwalo acts as a travel organiser and is not liable for losses, injury or delays caused by third parties, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Conduct
Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs and the environment.
