Cancellation and Refund Policy
Plans can change. Our standard cancellation terms are below; specific terms will be confirmed in your booking quote.
Cancellation by you
- 30 or more days before travel: minor processing charges apply.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: partial charges apply.
- 7 to 14 days before travel: higher charges apply.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: limited or no refund.
Non-refundable costs
Advance payments made to hotels, transport and permit authorities may be non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative or a fair refund of recoverable amounts.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
